I have been in the Consumer Finance Industry for 30 years. I have loaned North Carolina Families the Money to ,pay College Tuition, Buy emergency Fuel oil for elderly family members, Give that special gift to a child for Christmas, make unexpected repairs to Cars and Homes.
The Consumer Loan business is a vital part of the financial need of todays “working man.”
I have worked in consumer loan for 13 years. I have helped most of the people in my town to build credit in addition to helping them with personal loan needs. I can’t imagine where these people would have gone if we weren’t able to help them and I urge everyone to support these companies to stay in business and help our communities.
I have worked for a small loan company for 11 years. The number of people we have helped over the years is astounding. People who need just a few hundred dollars for Senior Pictures-College Books-Car repairs-home repairs-taking a trip for a funeral-they can’t go to a bank for that. If small loan companies were not around, where would they turn? Our communities need this kind of service.
I not only work for a small loan company, I have been a customer of a small loan company. Without them I would not have been able to pay for my granddaughter’s extra curricular activities over the years.

I have worked for Security Finance for 7 years. I have also been a customer at a small loan company. They have helped me on many occasions. I would have had no where to go if not for the small loan industry.
The installment consumer loan industry is a very much needed service to many hundreds of thousands of consumers across this country. There are many people that have used installment consumer loans for many different reasons. Many people that are good, hard working people are not able to borrow money from banks or credit unions for many different reasons. Consumer installment loan businesses serve consumers that would not be able to get credit elsewhere, and help those that need to establish credit that have none.

I have been an assisant and managed a loan company for 21 years. It has been very rewarding for me and my customers. I have had many customers say that they don’t know what they would do without our business. They appreciate the help we have given them. Also the money we lend, goes back into the community.
I have worked in the loan business for 10 yrs now. The most rewarding thing is to know you are helping people rebuild or build their lives in the credit industry. Sometimes they need to establish credit so they can some day buy a home, young people just starting their credit or rebuilding their credit after bankruptcy.
I have been in the loan industry for over 2 yrs and I think its a great way for customers to re build or build their credit, a lot of our customers are greatful to be able to borrow money and not be denied because of their credit
On July 31, 2011, I will celebrate my 16th year with Security Finance in South Carolina. I loved my job from the first day of work.
I had never done this type of work before. The idea of helping people when they were in a financial bind or just needing extra money for a very needed vacation was very rewarding. At Christmas, when money is tight, some children would not have had Christmas at all. We have a good many elderly customers that use their loans to pay their property taxes once a year, money that they otherwise would not have. Small consumer loan companies help people who can not get a small loan that they need at a bank or larger finance co. NO, small consumer loan companies do not need to be closed
